How does a cleaner find their work orders?
A cleaner opens the mobile app and sees the work orders assigned to them. Cleaners see their own jobs, not the whole site’s list, so the screen is what they have to do, nothing else. Each work order shows the location, the title, and any detail or reference photo the manager added when they created the work order. The cleaner taps a job to open it and read the full task.
How does a cleaner mark a job in progress?
When the cleaner starts the work, they move the status to in progress. That single tap tells the manager the job is underway, which is why the office can see live status without calling. There is no separate form to fill in; the status reflects what the cleaner is actually doing. The work order sits in progress until the job is finished and the cleaner closes it out.
