You do not have to move everything at once. The safest migration runs one location at a time, so the rest of your operation keeps working on its current process while you switch.

What do I need before I start?

Gather what you already track per site: the cleaning schedule, who works it, and how you record hours. That is everything CleanLog needs, and it usually already lives in a spreadsheet.

How do I migrate my first location?

1. Pick a single, representative site, not your largest.
2. Add it as a location and lay out its weekly schedule.
3. Run one full pay period on CleanLog while keeping your spreadsheet as a backup.

Reconcile the first period

At the end of that period, compare the CleanLog timesheet against your spreadsheet. They should match. Differences are usually a missed clock-in or a schedule gap, which is exactly what CleanLog is there to surface.

How do I roll out the rest of my sites?

Once the first site reconciles cleanly, repeat per location. Keep each location on its current process until you are ready to validate it in CleanLog. Because every record stays exportable, data portability means you can take your data with you.
