The work

Singapore government service buyers have required outcome-based contracting for new cleaning tenders and quotations since May 2020, according to the National Environment Agency. The buyer sets the outcomes and checks the results. CleanLog keeps the daily record those results rest on, from the shift and the work order to the inspection, and turns it into a scorecard your client signs.

01 · Tender

Set up the scorecard from your tender.

Your client's tender defines the KPIs, the weights, and the payment mechanism. CleanLog holds that scorecard and the evidence rules behind each KPI, so the month is scored the way the contract says.

KPIs and weights: Enter the KPIs and weights from the tender. The overall score is calculated from them, not typed in.
Evidence rules: Decide which record proves each KPI: inspections, work orders, attendance, or a client rating.
Worksheet: Work through the scorecard on paper first. The worksheet walks through what to gather from the tender before you configure the KPIs in CleanLog.

02 · Sites

Run every site in your team's language.

Cleaners clock in at the site, work through their queue on mobile, and attach the photos as they go. Supervisors see who arrived and what is still open.

Attendance: Clock in by GPS or QR code at the site. Compare scheduled shifts with the clock-in record.
Work orders: Planned, periodic, and ad-hoc work in one mobile queue, with instructions, checklists, and photos kept on the job.
Languages: Each cleaner picks English, Chinese, Malay, or Spanish in the app. The manager view stays the same.

03 · Month

Prove the month with a signed report.

The score comes from the records your team already captured. Your client reviews the same records, then both sides sign the report.

Weighted score: Every KPI scores from the month's records. Open any figure to see the inspections and work orders behind it.
Client access: Your client signs in to the same records and the same scorecard. No spreadsheet leaves the building.
Signed report: Both parties sign the monthly report. The signed PDF is kept and locked against edits.
Timesheets: Approve the hours and export a CSV. Payroll runs in the system you already use.

The mobile app works in English, Chinese, Malay, and Spanish. Each cleaner chooses their language in the app, and it follows the phone's language until they do. Managers and clients can use the same options on the web.

Can CleanLog read the sensors already in my buildings?

CleanLog Connect can receive readings from compatible devices that share the required data, including washroom sensors, people counters, and feedback panels. Supported signals can create work orders.
