What is the Digital Operations Package?

What counts as an active location?
A location is active if it has at least one executed shift in the last 30 days. Inactive locations are unlimited and free. You can set up your entire portfolio without paying for dormant sites.
What are AI Copilot credits?
AI Copilot credits power the AI assistant built into CleanLog. Each AI action (scheduling suggestion, exception triage, bulk operation) uses credits. Your plan includes a monthly allowance, and you can top up at $50 per 1,000 credits if needed. CleanLog shows a credit estimate before running bulk actions so there are no surprises.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated for the remainder of your current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Switch from monthly to annual at the end of your current monthly period. Switch from annual to monthly at the end of your annual term.
Is pricing per user?
No. CleanLog uses per-location pricing with unlimited users. Add as many cleaners, supervisors, and managers as you need. Your price stays the same. This is especially important for cleaning contractors where cleaner turnover is high.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves 20% compared to monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time from your account settings.
Is there a contract or commitment?
Monthly plans have no commitment. Cancel anytime and keep access through the end of your billing period. Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months at a 20% discount. Switching from monthly to annual takes effect at the end of your current monthly period. Switching from annual to monthly takes effect at the end of your annual term.
What if I have more than 50 locations?
