What is the Compliance Readiness Package?

What counts as an active location?

A location counts toward billing while its status is active. Archived or non-active sites are free, so you can set up your full portfolio without paying for sites you are not operating.

What is a location unit?

One location unit covers one active site of up to 20 active checkpoints. Bigger sites count as more units, one per 20-checkpoint block, so a mall with 80 checkpoints is 4 location units.

How is OBC Compliance priced?

OBC Compliance is US$199/month per contract on top of any Evidence plan. Covered locations upgrade for that contract. Larger, white-label, or managed deployments move to Enterprise pricing. Learn about OBC Compliance →

Is AI Copilot included, and are there limits?

Yes. AI Copilot (Beta) is included on every plan. It runs scheduling suggestions, exception triage, and bulk actions for you. Usage carries a fair-use limit that comfortably covers normal day-to-day operations, with no per-action meters to track. If your team leans on it heavily, talk to us about a higher limit.

How does per-location pricing compare to per-cleaner tools?

Cleaning software is often priced per cleaner, which punishes you for the headcount churn this industry runs on. Some tools, like Connecteam, are free for up to 10 users, then charge per seat once you pass that. As your roster grows or turns over, the bill climbs. CleanLog prices by location unit instead: add as many cleaners as you need and your price stays the same. You pay for the buildings and checkpoint coverage you serve, not the people who come and go.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated for the remainder of your current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Switch from monthly to annual at the end of your current monthly period. Switch from annual to monthly at the end of your annual term.

Is pricing per user?

No. CleanLog uses location-unit pricing with unlimited users. Add as many cleaners, supervisors, and managers as you need. Your price stays the same. This is especially important for cleaning contractors where cleaner turnover is high.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing saves 20% compared to monthly and is billed upfront for 12 months. Switch between monthly and annual from your account settings. See the plan-change rules above for when switches take effect.

Is there a contract or commitment?

Monthly plans have no commitment. Cancel anytime and keep access through the end of your billing period. Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months at a 20% discount.

What if I have more than 15 location units?

Move to an Enterprise plan. For larger operations or unusually complex sites, we handle onboarding and data migration, give you a dedicated account manager and priority support with guaranteed response times, and price it around your operation. Talk to us.

Do you offer white-label or a managed service?
