Choosing a plan and billing
Pick a CleanLog plan priced per location with unlimited users, add a card to convert from trial, and choose monthly or annual billing about 20% cheaper.
Updated
CleanLog plans are priced per location, not per user, so every plan includes unlimited users. You pick a plan when you convert from trial, add a payment method, and choose monthly or annual billing. CleanLog recommends a plan band based on how many locations you are running, so you are not guessing.
How is pricing structured?
By location. You pay for the number of sites you run in CleanLog, and every plan includes unlimited users. Add every cleaner, manager, and owner without raising the bill. Adding people is free; adding locations is what moves you between plan bands.
This matches how a cleaning operation actually scales. You add staff constantly and sites occasionally, so the bill tracks sites. To see what each band includes, check pricing.
How do I pick the right plan?
CleanLog recommends a band from your active location count. When you convert, it looks at how many locations you are running and points you at the plan that covers them, so you do not have to size it yourself.
- Open Settings, then Billing.
- Review the recommended plan, sized to your active locations.
- Confirm it, or move up or down a band if you are about to add or drop sites.
- Add your payment method to activate the plan.
Start with the recommended band. You can change plans later as your location count changes.
How do I add a payment method?
Add a card in Settings, then Billing when you convert from trial. Entering a card is what ends the trial and starts a paid plan, and it is also how a paused account resumes. Until a card is on file, the account stays on the trial or in its read-only pause.
For changing the card later, the billing email, or the company details on your invoices, see update your billing details.
Should I pick monthly or annual?
Monthly is the default. You are billed each month and can change plans or cancel at any time. Annual is opt-in and costs about 20% less for the same plan, billed once for the year.
Pick monthly if you want maximum flexibility or you are still settling on your location count. Pick annual once your operation is steady and you want the roughly 20% saving. You choose at conversion, and you can move from monthly to annual later.
