CleanLog's ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification

We're happy to share that Routine Tech Pte Ltd, the company behind CleanLog, has achieved ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification. The certificate was issued by InterCert on 2 September 2026.

Data security has always been important to CleanLog. This certification also gives our partners and clients supporting evidence for tender submissions and information security reviews when they propose CleanLog for their daily operations.

Supporting our partners and clients with tenders

A cleaning contract involves information about the people doing the work, the sites they serve, and the results delivered to the client. CleanLog brings together records such as employee attendance, site photos, inspections, work orders, and contract performance reports.

When a tender or supplier assessment asks how that information will be managed, contractors need to explain the systems they plan to use. Our certification gives them a recognised reference for the information security management practices of their software provider.

Partners and clients can reference Routine Tech's certification when identifying CleanLog in a proposed solution, include the certificate where a submission requests evidence about technology suppliers, and use its scope to support discussions with procurement or information security teams.

The certificate applies to Routine Tech's information security management system. It does not certify a client's own business or automatically satisfy every tender requirement. Each submission should reflect the buyer's requirements and the services being proposed.

What the certification covers

ISO/IEC 27001:2022 sets requirements for establishing, maintaining, and continually improving an information security management system. It provides a structured approach to assessing and managing information security risks across people, processes, and technology.

Routine Tech's certified scope covers the design, development, delivery, operation, maintenance, and support of cloud-based software services for workforce management, field service management, facilities operations, operational management, and safety and compliance management.

It also includes the supporting functions of IT infrastructure, human resources, security, legal and compliance, finance, and vendor management.
